Elizabeth has 7 years of experience providing therapeutic interventions to individuals ranging in age from early childhood into college years, as well as working with families of various backgrounds.
She uses a strengths based, solutions focused approach in her work with each client or family system. She believes that trust and collaboration are two primary components of a healthy and successful therapeutic relationship. She acknowledges that seeking out therapy can be scary and nerve wracking for many, and she is here to make this as easy and comfortable for you as possible.
She has a passion for helping kids and teens understand their feelings and learn to navigate the challenges that come along with the complexities of today’s world, and teaching them to advocate for themselves along the way. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on walks with her two dogs, Stella and Cleo, and cooking delicious meals.
