Elizabeth has several years of experience working in the mental health field providing support to individuals and families. She enjoys working with young adults, teens, and school aged children.

Her background includes experience working in early intervention, community mental health, adolescent inpatient care, as well as mental health assessment & triage. In 2018, she discovered her passion for working as a therapist providing compassionate therapeutic support to individuals and families.

Elizabeth uses a strengths based, solutions focused approach in her work with each client and family system.  She incorporates components of cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solutions focused therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and supportive psychotherapy in sessions. She believes that trust and collaboration are two primary components of a healthy and successful therapeutic relationship and works with her clients to ensure sessions are as comfortable and fulfilling as possible.

Elizabeth has a passion for helping individuals better understand themselves and supporting them in learning healthy ways to express & process their emotional responses and experiences. She works with clients who experience challenges associated with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief & loss, stress, and life transitions.

Elizabeth is originally from Massachusetts and has been enjoying living in Oregon since 2016. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors with her dog Cleo, gardening, cooking, and reading.
