Areas of Focus

In working with clients, I utilize an organic approach and emphasize regular self-care practices, rediscovering and aligning with the authentic self, narrative work, and bolstering self-awareness through the lens of self-compassion and non-judgement.

We will work together to untangle the barriers to change and uncover past emotional wounds that continue to impact the present.

At a group practice, I offer telehealth services specializing in identity development, boundary work, distress tolerance and emotional regulation, family dynamics, parent education, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and stress management.

We will work together to uncover how therapy can best support you and to create collaborative goals to work toward strengthening sense of self and working toward the changes you want to see in your life. I work from a strength-based approach and invite clients to take ownership of one’s own emotional needs, acting with intention in order to enhance a meaningful life.
