Jenny is a private-pay therapist with a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. Private pay therapists at Eugene Therapy are pre-licensed and working on clinical hours towards licensure. As an individual and relational therapist, Jenny works with adults and teens to examine their life narratives and open up new ways of understanding and relating to self and community.
Jenny views therapy as a collaborative process, a partnership between client and therapist where we create the conditions for positive change to occur. Her approach is systemic and holistic: we are relational beings, and we can find a healthy balance between honoring our individual needs and nurturing our relationships. She strives to create a therapeutic environment is safe, warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental for every person.
Outside of the office, Jenny loves to cook, spend time with family and friends, and go on long, quiet walks outdoors.
