Dr. Pogge provides psychotherapy via telehealth using a strength-based approach. Her warm, genuine style emphasizes building a therapeutic alliance as a foundation for treatment. She works individually with people to help build positive coping skills, to help improve well-being, and to support people in achieving personal goals. She works with adult clients ranging in age who are seeking support with a wide range of life stressors and challenges and adults who wish to explore opportunities for personal growth. Her areas of specialization are Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine, in which she enjoys working with individuals who live with a variety of medical conditions and physical disabilities.

She has particular interest in seniors and older adults who are experiencing challenges with medical conditions as well as issues associated with aging and transitioning to later phases of life. She helps individuals to process, cope with, explore and develop self-management strategies, and form adjustment to many different types of medical conditions and changes in ability status. Her health psychology lens often includes exploring quality of life issues, purpose and meaning-making, and sense of self and identity in the context of living with a medical condition.
