Paul has 20 years of experience working in the Mental Health field. He has worked in a variety of clinical and community settings with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents.
Paul’s theoretical orientation is a person-centered approach utilizing a strengths-based, solution-focused perspective. He views the therapeutic relationship as a dynamic partnership and views clients through a lens of empowerment and unconditional positive regard.
He enjoys helping people, especially during their most challenging times. Paul believes each client is unique and they come to therapy for many different reasons. Your goals and overall well-being are important to him and he looks forward to helping you on your path.
In his free time, Paul enjoys music, hiking, camping, and whitewater rafting.
