Anna is thankful for the wonderful opportunity of working with the staff and clients at Eugene Therapy. She works with individuals, couples, and families as a pre-licensed therapist.
She sees each person as a whole, and considers their unique perspectives, cultures, identities, and contexts in all aspects of experience. Anna views therapy as a collaboration and has a strengths-based, humanistic approach. She creates a space for developing further understanding of ourselves. There are many ways of healing, and Anna keeps an open and curious mind about how that can look differently for people. It is a privilege to work alongside clients as they explore what challenges and nurtures them. She practices the Experiential therapy and looks forward to the opportunity to work with clients in various stages of life.
Anna enjoys spending her free time outdoors, taking long walks or hikes in the greenery. She loves to garden and read, appreciating the simpler things in life.
