Robin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon. She provides individual counseling to adolescents (16+), college students, and adults.

Robin’s approach to therapy is person-centered, as she believes each individual is unique and tailors her approach accordingly. She has training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and existential therapy.

Robin is trained in EMDR and specializes in working with individuals who have a history of traumatic experiences, however big or small. Robin also works with individuals who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, and / or self-esteem issues. Robin has a special interest in working with individuals struggling with complex medical conditions.

Robin believes that the therapeutic alliance is a key element in fostering healing and growth. She provides a safe space for clients to look within, access their own wisdom, and gain clarity. Robin will help you feel understood and validated for your life experiences that make you unique.

Robin has over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. She has worked with individuals in a wide variety of settings including community mental health, inpatient crisis counseling, school counseling (K-8), and private practice. Robin is passionate about her job and genuinely wants to help people live happier, more fulfilling lives.

Being an Oregon native, Robin enjoys the outdoors and the beauty of where we live. She enjoys skiing, paddle boarding and spending time with her family, friends and animals.
