Start by making a list of what you want to achieve in your next week or month, then plan how you will do it. You can even set daily or weekly goals like waking up early or eating healthy food for breakfast.

Start Something New Midweek
Think about how you can switch things up to break up any monotony and re-energize your week. Perhaps there’s a new recipe that you want to try or a new workout you want to get into.
It’s easy to get stuck in a routine and do the same thing day in and day out. But that can be lead to feelings of monotony.
If you find yourself feeling this way, it might be time to start something new midweek. Some ideas are to try a new recipe or take on a new hobby. You could also try something as simple as switching up your morning routine or going for a walk at lunchtime.
This week, consider starting something new. If you’re feeling a bit bored or uninspired, it might be time to shake things up and change your routine. You don’t have to do these things all at once! Just think about what you want to try and go for it this week.
Schedule Time With Friends
Even if it’s only virtual for now, make time to catch up with friends throughout the week. Break up your day by taking your lunch break while FaceTiming a friend.
One of the best ways to combat loneliness and chronic stress is by making time to talk to friends. You can meet up with people in person or speak to them over the phone but if you don’t have either option, chat with your friends via social media. This will give you a chance to catch up on life, re-energize your week, and have fun too!
Get Outside
Sometimes all we need is a little fresh air. This will help to get our bodies moving and rejuvenate us.
There are few things more satisfying or refreshing than taking a walk outside. Fresh air, bright colors and a reminder of how beautiful it can be outside is just what we need to recharge our batteries. It might seem like an easy thing to do, but getting outside could be the quick solution you need for those days that felt like they never ended.
Clear Your Clutter
As the week goes on, the clutter can pile up. Set a 5 or 10 minute timer and pick up your space. Once we’re more organized, we may feel like our minds are clearer too.
