  • Surround yourself with positive people

  • Use positive self-talk

  • Start a gratitude journal

  • Make time for your hobbies or interests

  • Eat well-balanced meals

  • Get plenty of sleep

  • Keep a positive attitude/outlook on life

  • Exercise regularly; even taking a quick walk can help clear you head and help you stay calm

  • Avoid or limit caffeine

  • Take time to notice what is working well in your life (rather than what is not working)
